Maintenance Plan
Spread the cost of maintaining your vehicles by adding a maintenance plan. This helps you manage spend as all routine maintenance is covered for a fixed monthly cost.

MOT testing in line with legal requirements.
24-hour roadside assistance and breakdown cover, including recovery and home start.
Replacement tyres (for fair wear and tear only) and puncture repairs.

Exclusions
Your agreement will include a full list of what is and isn’t included. Exclusions include, but are not limited to: relief vehicle; glass, including windscreens and light units; tyre replacements due to sidewall damage, punctures in the shoulder of the tyre, or anything outside fair wear and tear; oil and fluid top-ups between services; AdBlue; regeneration of diesel particulate filters; repairs and replacements of alloy wheels; and breakdown and recovery for driver faults such as using the wrong fuel or lost keys.

Pay as you go
If your vehicles aren’t eligible for a plan, our pay-as-you-go maintenance service is for you.
Drivers can book service, maintenance, and repairs as and when they need it, so you only pay for the services you actually need.

Frequently asked questions
When you add a maintenance plan to a new vehicle, there will be a fixed monthly payment for the term. Pricing will vary based on the term, mileage and vehicle specification. For example, if you have higher mileage, the monthly payment will be higher due to increased maintenance requirements.
If you use our pay-as-you-go service, you’ll benefit from our advantageous business rates via our garage network. You’ll only pay for the work needed, in line with your agreement.

Yes, tyres are covered for fair wear and tear and puncture repairs for the length of the contract. This excludes tyre replacements due to sidewall damage, punctures in the shoulder of the tyre, and anything considered outside fair wear and tear.
The easiest and quickest way to book a service or maintenance is by using our online booking form. We’ll make a booking at a suitable time and location for the driver. Alternatively, they can call our maintenance team on 01908 210100.
Yes! We offer maintenance plans for both cars and light commercial vehicles (LCV).
If you wish to cancel a maintenance plan, please refer to the terms and conditions set out in your agreement. You can call our team on 01908 210100 if you have any queries.
If you use our pay-as-you-go service, you’ll only pay for the work when it’s been completed as part of your usual payments. You can stop using the service at any time if you wish to book maintenance elsewhere. However, you’ll continue to pay the management fee related to other services we provide. You’ll still get MOT and service reminders.
