CLM Awarded Top Customer Service Accolade

CLM Wins feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award

CLM is delighted to announce that the organisation has recently been awarded the highest accolade for customer service from feefo, the independent review provider.

The feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award recognises businesses across all sectors for providing exceptional customer service. The ratings used to determine the quality of the service are from real, verified customers and are required to be consistently high over a period of three years or more to achieve the Platinum designation.

CLM’s ratings were provided by hundreds of clients’ drivers after experiencing critical service touch points, such as the ordering and delivery of new vehicles.

CLM’s Managing Director, John Lawrence emphasised just how important positive driver feedback is for the organisation, “For a business like CLM, that many clients trust to deliver a fully outsourced fleet solution, providing excellent service to end-users is absolutely paramount.

“The whole organisation is focused on exceeding our partners’ needs, be that in terms of controlling costs, delivering attractive employee benefits or managing fleet risks, and we mirror this aspiration in our interactions with individual drivers.”

In assessing organisations for this year’s awards, feefo has recognised the incredibly tough year that many have faced in keeping standards consistently high, while keeping customers and employees safe. On this point, John Lawrence added, “It is particularly pleasing to see recognition from drivers of the efforts that have gone into making our processes COVID safe.

“I’m exceptionally grateful to all of our staff, and everyone in our supply network, for upholding the high standards expected of us during this challenging period.”
