Claiming that our approach is different is not something we say lightly, but we are entirely confident that it is. Indeed, this is reinforced by what our clients tell us.

So just what is it that makes our approach so unique? Well our independence is a major factor, and what this means in real terms is that we don't have rigid products offerings but instead a range of products and services which are tailored to the needs of our clients in a completely flexible way. And our advice is impartial and unconstrained.

Being independent also allows us to be extremely agile when change happens – and it does of course happen – both from the client side and in terms of market and legislative forces.

Independence also provides us with a special work culture. Central to this culture is to think in an entirely customer-focused way. We take the view that every decision we make will in some way have an impact on our customer.
